Taking pride in your work isn’t about perfection. It’s about caring enough to make your work worthy of your name. Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments, and it keeps you moving long after motivation has faded. The quality of what you do is your signature.

Steadfast commitment, discipline, pride, and humility are what made Robert B. Quinton who he was. If you’re not early, you’re late. Mr. Quinton was focused, quiet, and innately talented when working with his hands. Everything that matters is time and effort.

This past Monday morning, we neatly boxed up all of Mr. Quinton’s yesterdays and put them away. After just 80 years, we handed him over from time to eternity.

At home, he was a “car guy” and a collector. Mr. Quinton was fastidious about his yard, his home, his coins, model cars, and Hot Wheels collections. He just loved being outside and spending countless hours working on his truck.

Mr. Quinton was born in Camden and spent his formative years as a Haddon Twp. neighbor. More recently he had been a part of the Runnemede community. He was a standout athlete in his younger days and was an all-state Haddon Twp. High School football player. His home contributed to the manpower of our great nation, upholding the ideals of our American freedoms as a flight captain, where he worked on jets in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Quinton made his career at TWA and finished his working years at McAllister Fuel in Pennsauken.

Mr. Quinton will be fondly remembered as a giving family man who was present for his children and grandchildren’s lives. Together they enjoyed day trips to shore and family vacations to Virginia.

Mr. Quinton leaves to quietly cherish his memory and will be deeply missed by his devoted and loving wife of 57 years, Judy (nee Mitten) Quinton. He is survived and will be sadly missed by his children, Nicole & her husband, Casey Morton, and Garry & his wife, Jennifer Quinton. Mr. Quinton is the proud grandfather of Logan and Lexi Tsvik. He is also survived by and will be sadly missed by Durea Cozzalio. He was predeceased by Vance Zakrzewski, who were more than just cousins.

The Quinton family will take comfort in each other and share their heartfelt stories privately.
